Enjoy a special Valentine's Day dinner at JRDN. This three-course dinner with optional wine pairings will be served with sunset views and live music from 6pm-8:30pm. A limited a la carte menu is available on February 14 as well.
1st Course
Ahi Tuna Crudo: Yuzu kosho vinaigrette, cured watermelon, avocado mousse, puffed rice, shiso
Roasted Beet Carpaccio: Whipped goat cheese, pistachio dukkah, mandarin, arugula, honey–lemon dressing
Lobster Bisque: Crème fraiche, butter-poached lobster, chive oil
2nd Course
Pan-Seared Salmon: Cauliflower purée, lemon brown butter, roasted romanesco, caper salsa verde
Braised Short Rib: Rustic mashed potatoes, wild mushroom demi-glace, baby carrots, bordelaise reduction
Wild Mushroom Risotto + add chicken thigh: Aged parmesan, peas, truffle emulsion, chive oil, crispy maitake
3rd Course
Dark Chocolate Mousse: Hazelnut praline, cocoa nib, sea salt chantilly
Strawberry & Champagne Panna Cotta: Rosé macerated berries
Passion Fruit Cheesecake: Dried meringue, toasted coconut, mint
