ROOM DESCRIPTION

The rooms at TOWER23 reflect the oceanfront setting, using the site's natural elements - an environment of sun, sand, ocean, and sky - to reveal a visual feast of style and substance. The sleek, modernist guest rooms and suites offer fresh design schemes featuring a private balcony or patio, high-end amenities, and teak furnishings creating the perfect balance between style and substance.

SPIRIT PAD

These Queen/Queen pads have all of the high end and designer amenities as our other room types. Spirit Pads offer a view of our TOWER Deck and Zen water garden feature.

SKY PAD

These King or Queen/Queen pads on the 2nd or 3rd floor offer partial views of the Pacific Ocean. Unwind and relax while enjoying the ocean breeze from your private balcony or cabana patio.

SURF PAD

THE Ultimate ocean view! Relax and watch the world go by on the bustling boardwalk or gaze at the magnificent sunset each evening while sipping on one of our signature cocktails. Breathe in the fabulous sea air - all this and more from the privacy of your ocean view room and balcony.

SANCTUARY SUITE

These suites feature a luxurious "chromatherapy" floating whirlpool Jacuzzi tub, with an innovative fixture that gives the illusion of water falling from the sky. With a separate step-in rain shower, create a relaxing spa experience in the comfort of your own room. This junior suite includes a sitting area with pull-out queen sleeper sofa, wet bar, and a patio or balcony overlooking our TOWER Deck.

SWEET SUITE

Sweet...the perfect word for this very special ocean view King suite! This 2-room suite offers a floating King size bed in the bedroom with a private balcony and a separate living room for entertaining, complete with a wet bar, a 42" LCD HDTV and an additional private balcony. The bathroom includes our luxurious "chromatherapy" floating whirlpool Jacuzzi tub and a separate step-in rain shower for a totally sweet experience. Ask us how to turn this Sweet Suite into a two bedroom suite by adding a connecting Surf Pad.

• When exiting the airport follow signs for I-5 north.
• Take I-5 north to exit number 23 which is the Grand/Garnet Exit.
• At the first stop light make a left onto Grand Avenue. Follow Grand Avenue approximately 2.5 miles until you reach Mission Blvd.
• Make a right onto Mission Blvd. and follow north 3 blocks to Felspar Street.
• Make a left onto Felspar Street and the hotel will be on your left side.
• Follow signs to the valet parking entrance.

• Take I-5 south to exit number 23 which is the Balboa/Garnet exit.
• At the end of the exit ramp continue straight to the third stop light and make a right onto Garnet Avenue. (There will be a Mobil station on your right side).
• Follow Garnet Avenue approximately 2.5 miles to Mission Blvd.
• Make a right onto Mission Blvd. and follow north for 1 block to Felspar Street.
• Make a left onto Felspar Street and the hotel will be on your left side.
• Follow signs to the valet parking entrance.

JRDN Surf: Sky: Spirit: A contemporary steak and seafood restaurant, JRDN features casually sophisticated California cuisine for lunch, and dinner daily.

The look of JRDN is fresh, cool, clean and upbeat. The atmosphere transforms from California casual to West Coast hip as the day advances. Each evening, the dramatic setting sun, for which Pacific Beach is famous, is celebrated by an ambient reflection on a 70-foot long "wave wall" at the back of the restaurant. Color-changing lighting continues this theatrical effect throughout the evening.
