The rooms at TOWER23 reflect the oceanfront setting, using the site's natural elements - an environment of sun, sand, ocean, and sky - to reveal a visual feast of style and substance. TOWER23 captures the full San Diego, California beach hotel experience in architecture and design while incorporating luxury features.

The sleek, modernist guest rooms and suites offer fresh design schemes featuring a private balcony or patio, high-end amenities, and teak furnishings creating the perfect balance between style and substance.

TOWER23's rooms fall into three room types: Spirit, Sky, and Surf Pads, and two distinctive suite categories: Sanctuary and Sweet.

Spirit Pad - These Queen/Queen pads have all of the high end and designer amenities as our other room types. Spirit pads offer a view of our TOWER Deck and Zen water garden feature.

Sky Pad - A room with a Tower Deck view. These King or Queen/Queen pads on the 2nd or 3rd floor offer partial ocean views but highlight "THE Scene" on our energetic TOWER Deck. Some of these rooms will have a balcony to watch the action from above, while others will enjoy the vibe from their private cabana patio.

Surf Pad - THE Ultimate ocean view! Relax and watch the world go by on the bustling boardwalk or gaze at the magnificent sunset each evening while sipping on one of our signature cocktails. Breathe in the fabulous sea air - all this and more from the privacy of your ocean view room and balcony.

Sanctuary Suite - Why go to a spa when we bring the spa to your room! These suites feature a luxurious "chromatherapy" floating whirlpool Jacuzzi tub, with an innovative fixture that gives the illusion of water falling from the sky. With a separate step-in rain shower, create a relaxing spa experience in the comfort of your own room. This Junior Suite includes a sitting area with pull-out queen sleeper sofa, wet bar, and a patio or balcony overlooking our TOWER Deck, Zen garden water feature and the Pacific Ocean.

Sweet Suite - Sweet...the perfect word for this very special ocean view King suite! This 2-room suite offers a floating King size bed in the bedroom with a private balcony and a separate living room for entertaining, complete with a wet bar, a 42" LCD HDTV and an additional private balcony. The bathroom includes our luxurious "chromatherapy" floating whirlpool Jacuzzi tub, featuring an innovative fixture which gives an illusion of water falling from the sky, and a separate step-in rain shower for a totally sweet experience.
